Net Neutrality!?

Net Neutrality <http://news.com.com/Net+neutrality+showdown/ 2009-1028_3-6055133.html>is a problem for future Internet. The broadband carriers don't have to use their market power to make the difference with other application or contents because if so, it will influence that the marker power that discrimination against them, and the competition of them will be unfair. The broadband carriers shouldn't use their market power to control user's choice of online. If not, some application or contents can't carry through on the Internet. This is because consumers choose the information, and strong application or contents will be used more and more. In the United States, the law for Net Neutrally was passed by the U.S. House of Representatives, and also the Senate Commerce Committee passed it. Therefore, Net Neutrally will be picked up more as serious problem.
